Ordering Instructions


PRE-ORDERING: 

  • Sorry no next day orders as we require at least 2 days for production purposes.
    • You can order 2-30 days in advance for pick-up
  • 2 days in advance by 12:00 noon.
    • If you need to make an alteration, including cancelation, to an order it also must be in by 12:00 noon two days before the order is scheduled for pick-up. 
  • Our 48 Central Street location (Downtown Salem) is open daily 7am-3pm  The cafe kitchen is open 7am-2:30pm daily.
  • Our 139 Boston street location (Salem-Peabody line) is open Wednesday-Sunday 7am-noon. Closed Mondays & Tuesdays.
  • Choose pre-order pick-up at either location during operating hours, exceptions apply to holidays.

 

  • Daily specials are ONLY available on the indicated day in the title or description of the product.
    • If an item is ordered on a day it is not available it will be removed from your order and refunded.
  • All pre-orders are to be picked up in one of our two bakery locations, we do not ship orders, provide delivery or bring pre-orders to the farmers markets. 
    • Visit our helpful wholesale page for locations that carry our products across the north shore!
  • We will hold orders for one day if they are not picked up.
    • We cannot offer refunds/credit for orders that are not picked up.

INFORMATION YOU NEED FOR PICK-UP

  • You will receive a confirmation email with your order number & selected pick-up day & location.
  • Bring your order confirmation email with you when picking up an order.
    •  It's recommended you take a screenshot of your confirmation email.
  • Check your confirmation email carefully, make sure all the information is correct. 
    • The customer is responsible for choosing the correct pick-up date & location.
  • If you have not received a confirmation email:
    • Orders are not processed until payment is finalized.
    • Check that it has not been sent to your spam/junk email folder
    • Your order may not have been processed use the below email if you have questions concerning your order status.

HOLIDAY ORDERING:

  • Order cut-off dates will be earlier then the standard cut-off of two days.
      • If you need to make an adjustment to an order it must be by the posted Holiday cut-off. 
      • Major holiday pick-ups will be held at our main baking facility at 139 Boston street in Salem Ma. This is the location on the Salem-Peabody line.
      • Pre-orders for the days leading up to the holiday will close out sooner as well.
