Holiday Ordering & Info

• What should I bring to pickup? Your confirmation email and/or order number for the staff, and the name on the order (remember - it may be the name of a loved one who placed the order, and not your own!).
  • We often have hundreds of orders to look through on major holidays so having your order number is super duper helpful!

• Order Changes & Refund Policy.
  • The day of pick up cannot be switched and orders cannot be changed, canceled or refunded after the order cut off. (This will often be up to a week prior to the pick-up)
  • The finalization of inventory ordering, preparation, and specific quantities and numbers begins immediately and making changes to our master production lists causes great confusion and leads to wasted product or order packing errors.

• Where to pick-up on Major holiday order days?

• A&J King Artisan Bakers, on the Salem-Peabody Line, 139 Boston Street Salem MA.
  • On major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, Easter etc.) we often have many hundreds of orders to pack. We have lots of space at our production location to pack and store your orders!
  • Unfortunately our Downtown Salem MA bakery & cafe has very limited storage space so we are not able to have pick-up at 48 Central Street.

HOLIDAY HOURS 3 day Weekends: We close early on Monday Holidays!  Martin Luther King Jr Day, Presidents Day, Memorial Day, Labor day, Columbus day! We'll often announce hours on social media a week or so prior to the holiday. Keep an eye out, we usually close our Downtown Bakery & Cafe at 1pm so staff can enjoy the holiday with friends and family!

PRODUCT STORAGE AND REHEATING: Check out our page on how to best serve your A&J King products.
