Maple Oat Cream Pies

This cookie is a sweet hearty treat exclusively sweetened with Silloway Organic Maple Syrup from Vermont from the cookie to the maple buttercream.  The cookie itself if made with freshly house milled whole wheat flour and rolled outs.
