Rhubarb Jam Streusel Pinwheel Danish
Our flaky croissant dough filled with house-made cherry vanilla jam. The pinwheel is then topped with whole wheat streusel using house milled whole wheat from Maine and traditional confectioner's sugar icing.
INGREDIENTS: Wheat flour, Water, Butter, Sugar, Milk Powder, Sea Salt, Yeast, Egg.
Filling: Rhubarb, sugar, lemon juice.
Topping: wheat flour, whole wheat flour, butter, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt. extract.
Icing: Confectioner's Sugar and milk.
