Strawberry Cream Bun Available Mon., Wed., Fri., Sat. Last Day June 29

Instead of a strawberry shortcake we have an equally amazing Strawberry Cream Bun scented with cardamom, filled with strawberry jam, sliced local strawberries (when available from Cider Hill) and good old whipped cream!  If this doesn't scream summer I don't what does!

Available daily for our walk-in customers at our Downtown Salem location (48 Central Street). You can pre-order for pick-up at either location ;). We'll be making these for sale on Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday for the next few weeks! Order for any of these four days~ (Not available to pre-order for Tuesdays, Thursdays or Sundays)

INGREDIENTS:  Wheat flour, sugar, butter, olive oil, eggs, milk, salt, yeast, cardamom, strawberries, lemon juice, heavy cream, vanilla paste, snow sugar.
