Blueberry Galette, LARGE STARTING 7/1

Our flaky pie dough beautifully shaped around local blueberries and dusted with confectioners sugar is the perfect summer dessert.  Add whipped cream or vanilla ice cream to dial up the treat factor.  Local blueberries sourced from Cider Hill Farm in Amesbury.  Serves 6.

INGREDIENTS:

Crust: Wheat flour, unsalted butter, salt, egg wash.

Filling: Blueberries, sugar, cornstarch, lemon juice. Confectioner's sugar.
